After Action Report 2008

In the years that Toys for the Troops’ Kids, Inc. has operated, nearly 75,000 new toys have been given to military children in California, Hawaii and Nevada. In 2009 Toys for the Troops' Kids, Inc. shipped and distributed toys to 18 military commands and military bases as follows:

California

The 2008 effort involved the support of the Kiwanis clubs of the Cal-Nev-Ha District and the expansion to add a second major collection point in South Sacramento, with the premises donated by Inter Cal Real Estate, as was the Citrus Heights collection site. The support by the cities of Citrus Heights and Sacramento was invaluable. Thanks to the charitable support of Sacramento’s McClellan Park, we added large off-site warehousing and an air cargo capability.
